1. Agreement to Terms

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and trip details.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: 50% charge applies
• No-shows: Full charge applies
• Flight delays: We will automatically adjust your pickup time if your flight is delayed

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers.

Payment Security: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card details.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for special requests or services.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The materials on Airport Transfer Network's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Airport Transfer Network makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

All our drivers:

• Are professionally trained and background-checked
• Hold valid UK driving licenses and insurance
• Maintain vehicles to high standards
• Are committed to providing excellent customer service
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
